Brian, search for "Sad nodding" emoji on this website (top right corner search box on this page) and you'll find one nodding emoticon which is close to your description. Although it's named sad, it's more like a straight face; not much emotion is on his face. I only wish it was available in the usual yellow color which most emojis appear.
