Crazy Emoticon
This smiley seems to be a little crazy (insanity, madness or craziness, call it what you will). He looks like a normal emoticon at first, but then he opens his mouth and sticks his tongue out, looking very much like a psycho! It doesn't help that his teeth are yellow and messed up. You can use this emoticon when you're feeling a little bit crazy yourself and let people know how you feel, it works a charm in MSN and Live messenger chats, just be careful not scare anyone.
